One standard.

Thirty years of work in Lebanon covers a wide range of buildings — a bank branch and a mountain chalet have almost nothing in common as briefs. What connects them is the way the work is made: drawn and confirmed before anything is cut, built in our own workshop in Mkalles, and installed by our own teams. No trading, no subcontracted install crew, one name accountable for the result.

Commercial & institutional

Banks, corporate headquarters, retail and food facilities. This work is priced from a bill of quantities, coordinated with the main contractor and the other trades, and delivered to a programme that is rarely ours to move. Where a business cannot close, we install out of hours — as we did across fourteen Bank Audi branches, working overnight so not one lost a trading day. See office and commercial fit-out.

Residential — private and at scale

Private houses such as the Mr H Residence in Jnah, and full developments such as Ashrafieh 2240, where the same specification had to run across twenty-four apartments without drifting. Both start in the same place: kitchens, wardrobes, doors and panelling built as one package so the finishes actually match rather than nearly matching. Work beyond timber

Several of these projects went past what most people mean by carpentry. Raouche View 1090 required a bespoke metal subframe designed and installed before the ceiling cladding could go up, and coordination with specialist wood carvers to reach the finish approved in the mock-up apartment. Perfumatics integrated sharp stainless steel detailing into timber display units. The Jnah residence combined marble cladding, a working flue and steel shelving inside one structure.
