Do you work outside Beirut?
Yes — we fabricate in our own workshop and install across Lebanon. Site measurement and installation are carried out by our own teams wherever the project sits.
Can you work directly from our architect's drawings?
Yes. We review your drawings carefully, flag any buildability conflicts in writing, and confirm the full scope before fabrication begins.
What is your typical programme for a full apartment?
It depends on scope, but a full joinery package for an apartment typically runs 10–16 weeks from confirmed scope to final install and snag close-out. We confirm an indicative programme with every buildability review.
Do you price from a bill of quantities?
Yes — for commercial and institutional projects we price and sequence directly from the issued BOQ, and coordinate with the main contractor's M&E and other trades throughout.
