The Brief
Bank Audi needed one joinery standard rolled out across fourteen live branches — and a working bank cannot shut its doors, not even for a single day. The renovation had to happen without interrupting a single day of trading.
Our Approach
We fabricated the joinery for each branch in our own workshop, then installed out of regular hours — working overnight so every branch was stripped, renovated and handed back ready to open the next morning. Fourteen branches brought to one standard, with zero disruption to banking operations.

Working around a bank that could not close
A bank branch cannot shut for a refit. Every day closed is a day of customers turned away, and Bank Audi needed fourteen of them renovated. So the work was inverted: everything that could be built in advance was built in advance. Each branch was surveyed, its joinery fabricated complete in our workshop, and delivered to site after closing. Our teams stripped the old joinery, installed the new, cleaned down and were out before the doors opened the next morning. The staff arrived to a finished branch. Not one trading day was lost across the programme.
Repeating a standard fourteen times
Rolling out one detail across fourteen buildings is a different discipline from building one beautiful room. Every branch had its own dimensions, its own columns and its own service runs, but the counters, panelling and cabinetry had to read as the same bank in every location. That means veneer drawn from matched batches so the tone does not drift between branches, one hardware schedule throughout, and setting-out rules applied identically regardless of what each site threw up. What this means for any business that cannot stop trading
Shops, clinics, restaurants and offices face the same problem at smaller scale: the fit-out has to happen without losing revenue. The answer is nearly always the same — move the work off site, compress the on-site phase to hours instead of weeks, and install outside opening times.
