Headquarters
Joinery for the renovation of the Internal Security Forces headquarters in Beirut — the building's doors and the Hall of Honor.
Scope
The Brief
The renovation of the Internal Security Forces headquarters called for new doors and for the joinery of the Hall of Honor, the building's ceremonial space.
Our Approach
We fabricated the doors and the Hall of Honor joinery in our own workshop and installed them on site as part of the headquarters renovation.
In Detail
Doors and
a hall of honor.
A ceremonial room
A hall of honor is a formal space, built for ceremonies and for receiving official visitors. Its joinery has to carry that formality — precise, consistent and built to last — because the room is meant to look the same for decades.
Doors for a working headquarters
The doors had to suit a building that stays in use every day, so they were built to take heavy daily traffic while matching the standard of the renovated interiors. See wooden doors and commercial and institutional joinery.
