What does a commercial joinery package include?
Typically everything in CSI Divisions 06, 08 and 12: finish carpentry and architectural millwork, doors and hardware, and casework — reception desks, wall panelling, storage walls, counters and custom furniture. We price the full package from your BOQ so one fabricator carries the whole scope.
Do you price directly from a bill of quantities?
Yes — we price and sequence directly from the issued BOQ, itemised by division, and return a compliant offer within 48 hours for most packages. Scope gaps and buildability conflicts are flagged in writing at tender stage, not discovered on site.
How do you coordinate with M&E and other trades?
Every joinery item that touches a service — reception desks with data points, counters with plumbing, panelling with lighting — gets a coordination drawing agreed with the M&E contractor before fabrication. Installation is sequenced floor by floor around the main contractor's programme.
Can you meet medical and hospitality specifications?
Yes. For medical fit-outs we work to infection-control requirements — non-porous surfaces, coved junctions, rounded profiles and washable two-pack finishes. For hospitality, substrates and finishes are specified for heat, moisture and daily commercial wear.
